Wow, the last two days I’ve been moving at lightning speed.
Yesterday I had the day off and I decided to spend it at the American Museum of Natural History. I went pretty early so I could spend the whole day there. First, I saw Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure on IMAX, and then went to the planetarium (which, BTW, awesome fact: DID YOU KNOW that it took the moon only 30 days to form?? Theory has it that a Mars-sized object slammed against the Earth during its formative years, breaking apart the object. The debris orbited around the Earth for about 30 days, when it began to collide and fuse together to for – tada! – the Moon! … considering the approximately 4.6 billion years the Universe has been around, 30 days is an absolutely miniscule period of time! … anyway, that kind of stuff is why I spent 5 hours at the museum anyway..) There were a lot of other really cool things there too.
Lucy, the oldest homosapien ever found!
